Senegal – Thiof

Thiof is the Wolof name used by the Dakar Lébou fisherman. White grouper is what we talk about when spot Thiof, that is either eaten with spices and vegetables mostly in Senegal restaurants. In beaches this meal is taken as grilled only, with some additives.

Mozambique – Bolo Polana

Bolo Polana is a mashed potato and powdered cashews cake. It's term has originates after the Polana suburb in Maputo. Besides the name, this Mozambique cuisine is a loved entity when comes to cakes, due to it's sweet cashew smell and smooth texture.

Ghana – Banku and Tilapia

Welcome to Ghana, deep within coastal areas where you will see with own eyes what is in the top picture, that is Banku and tilapia. This cuisine from Ghana is mostly prepared along the coastal areas where Tilapia are easily found. Banku is none other but a stiff porridge prepared with Corn flour mixed with Cassava flour.

Malawi – Kachumbari

Kachumbari is a vegetable-fruits mix salad dish from fresh tomato and onions as the main inset. Kachumbari in Malawi is highly supplied in fast food points than in restaurants due to the consumption number of customers taking fast foods around city road sites.

I am still writing on jollof rice, but this times, jollof rice prepared by the Nigerians. Sometimes, there is this competition on social media that, Nigerian Jollof rice is better than Cameroon Jollof rice. All I know is, all are delicious meals.

Ghana – Jollof Rice

Ghanaian Jollof rice is what I am going to be writing on today. I had writing on jollof rice, but that was jollof rice prepared in the Cameroonian style. Preparing jollof rice in Ghana is slightly different. Take note not to get confuse.

When comes to green leaves recipe, Chibwabwa may hold it's position as a pure traditional Zambian dish, due to the fact that it only cooked by boiling and no more. It has other varieties of ingredients but no any oil drop is found while preparing this dish.

Zimbabwe – Mupotohayi

Zimbabwe is a country located in southern Africa and it has a tropical climate, that favors corn plantation as it accompanied with seasonal rains in between late October to March.

Cameroon – River Prawn Cuisine

In Cameroon around the seashore, there are many women and men there, ready to serve you with this delicious sea delicacy. This cuisine unlick any other sea food is so delicious and is eating by so many people who visit. This is common with countries that have the ocean or sea. But some don’t do this by the sea or ocean. Rather, they take it to town restaurants to prepare it.
