Cameroon – Scotched Egg

Scotch egg is a wonderful meal. I don’t know if I should call it a meal or not, but just eating two or sometimes even one of a rich scotch egg, you may get full or satisfied.

Cameroon – Mboh

The dish am about to write about today is a wonderful dish. It is usually seen as a sister or brother to Egusi pudding. This dish is groundnut pudding. It is made from groundnut. Groundnut is the main ingredient. It is usually called Mboh.

This is another simple cuisine but may be complicated for some people who have never tried preparing it. The cuisine I am about to write about below is Moussaka. This is a dish common to the Greek people or rather the Balkans of the east region. I prepared this dish here in Cameroon and I know how delicious it is.

This sauce is mainly served as a catalyst. It is produced from creamy peanut butter. This creamy peanut butter can stay in the fridge for as long as you want, but when you want to use it, remove from the fridge 20-25 min before use.

Nigeria, Cameroon – Ogbono Soup

Ogbono soup is a draw soup. It is often called swallow. This soup is a very delicious soup and it is valued in Cameroon and Nigeria. This is the meal where most people who consume it, lick their five fingers.

You will not hold your manner on this cuisine from Cameroon for it's taste. The meal is the mixture of leafy greens, onions, tomatoes, garlic and pepper powder.

Pancakes is a special cuisine eating by so many people. I still call it a breakfast cuisine because I eat pancakes most at times during breakfast with a cup of tea. But nevertheless, pancakes could be eating during lunch or supper.

Fish Pie is a delicious cuisine that is made and eating by many throughout the world. The cuisine here in my country is made and sold in many places. It could be eating with juice as accompaniment. In Cameroon, you will see fish pie in occasions and many other gatherings like picnics.
