Suya is a delicious appetizer you will commonly see in Cameroon or Nigeria. Just writing about this particular cuisine, I am already feeling as to prepare some or purchase some. Suya is a good appetiser as it helps stimulates the salivary glands which makes you want to eat more of it until it is finish, or helps you to eat real food. When I was sick of malaria, I didn’t have appetite to eat food, but when I saw soya, I ate 5 sticks of suya and after that, I felt like eating real food. The cuisine is so special in Cameroon and it is roasted around so many junctions in town in Cameroon. Suya is common in so many places around the world, But Nigeria and Cameroon are the common places I know of since I frequent visit Nigeria for business and Cameroon which is my country.
