It is a local cuisine usually eaten in Pakistan and many other Asian countries. Chicken sticks is a delicious dish made up of chicken and many people like it due to its good taste and beautiful smell. This dish is eaten all over the world. Some people eat it in breakfast and some in lunch. It is prepared by coating chicken meat in a mixture and then deep frying them, in a manner similar to the preparation of schnitzel Chicken sticks are a popular fast-food snack in the U.S. This dish contains chicken due to which many people get proteins and nutrition. It is a healthy and as well as a delicious dish. There are many ways of making this dish but today i will describe how i make this dish and how simple it is.
- 2 tbs mint leaves
- 2 tbs coriander
- one green chili
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 250 gm chicken cubes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs tandoori masala
- 1/2 tsp whole spice powder
- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbs green paste
- Bread crums
- 2-3 beaten eggs
- oil for fry
Steps to make
- First of all we will make green paste and for that take 2 tbs mint leaves, 2 tbs coriander, one green chili, 1 tbs lemon juice.
- No grind them in grinding machine.
- Now on the other hand take a fry pan and add chicken , salt, 1 tbs tandoori masala, 1/2 tsp whole spice powder, 1 tbs ginger garlic paste and 1 tbs green paste in it.
- Mix it nicely and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Now after 30 minutes put those chicken cubes in the sticks.
- Now add bread crums in it and add beaten eggs in it.
- Put some oil in fry pan and add those chicken sticks in it for frying.
- When it changes its color to brown take it outside and put it in tray.
- Now your chicken sticks are ready to serve.
