Introduction

Samosa is famous among every age of human being. Samosa is mostly liked university, college and even in school canteen. Students love to eat samosa with tea or drink. Not only in educational institutions is samosa like in offices, hotel even at homes. The recipe which today I am going to share with you is vegetable Crispy samosa because Samosa which I will prepare it is will easy to make and tasty in eating.

Traditional foods

As each one of us knows this that a healthy diet is necessary to keep our self healthy. We should eat simple and healthy food that’s why today I am making Samosa that’s a simple and healthy. 

Vegetable Crispy Samosa

Vegetables are important part of healthy eating and source of vitamins and adequate vegetable consumption keep us protected from any diseases like cancer, diabetes metabolic .Samosa is a popular food that is prepared by different method to make it tastier. And today I will make it tastiest, healthy and in short time. Time will be saved now in limited time you may be able to prepare to prepare tasty Samosa.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 400 grams
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water as required
  • Red pepper grounded ½ tsp
  • Oil 01cup
  • Flour 100 grams
  • Coriander dry ½ tsp
  • Onion 01 chopped
  • cumin ½ tsp
  • Cabbage ½ Cup Chopped
  • Coriander as required

Assembling

First of all boil the potatoes and after boiling the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes in water then grand the potatoes and the mix the salt, cumin, , coriander dry , red pepper, sliced onions, cabbage and coriander. Now mixture of all ingredients is ready. Take flour and mix some water, some salt and ½ tsp in it. Let it remain the Flour for half hour and prepare the dough. Let the dough remain for half hour.

Method

Make a ball of the dough and then spread it with the help of palm and flat it with the help of rolling pin and make it a circle shape and divide it into two pieces. Put the mixture on each piece and make it in the Shape of cone and sealed the edge properly. And finally fried it in oil with the help of pan for 7 to 10 minutes.
